Step 1 – complete the producers questionnaire here
Step 2 – once your questionnaire is completed and we have your business documents on file:
pay for kitchen membership and hours package
Step 3 - our culinary department will be in contact with you to schedule your onboarding and first production shift, please note that we will do our best to honor the date(s) requested on your producer application but that we will not be able to schedule your culinary steward until the business details are finalized and that this may affect the feasibility of honoring the date you've requested.
